As VicePresident of RetencjaPL Jacek is strongly involved in international development of the WaterFolder.com platform for designers but also oversees the design office and consultancy team.

His over 20 years of experience working in an international environment in water management encompasses the entire cycle of projects’ life: from feasibility studies and pre-design analyses, through design, organization of the investment process, to implementation and final evaluation of project outcomes.  As an international expert in water management and stormwater, he provides institutional and technical support to Local and National Authorities and water utility companies, bridging technical, economic, social, environmental and urban planning aspects for cities that are “resident-friendly.” His passion about river restoration and green and blue infrastructure combined with technical expertise brings to the table an approach that leads to practical solutions.
