For many years she has been active in the water and sewage industry. She gained her first professional experience in the consulting sector (SAFEGE Ingenieurs Conseils, Polish Branch) as a member of the team developing the Water and Sewerage Master Plan for the Capital City of Warsaw. She has been associated with Uponor Infra, now part of the GF Group, for 27 years. In 2010, she became the Director of Industrial Solutions, and since 2015 she has served as the Sales and Marketing Director. She is currently also a member of the Management Board of the Polish Association of Trenchless Technologies.

She is widely known for her commitment to sustainable development and corporate social responsibility, which is evident in her numerous conference and webinar presentations. Recently, she has been actively participating in discussions on the need for a new approach to critical infrastructure due to climate change and geopolitical instability, working to raise investor awareness in this area.
