Agata Wehlin has 15 years of experience from the stormwater management sector. She has M.Sc. in Environmental and Health Protection from Stockholm University. She started her career as a stormwater management consultant at SWECO where she later became a group manager for the Stormwater and Climate Adaptation Section. During 2022 she was employed by the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency working on a governmental project aiming to bring up national guidence for sustainable stormwater management.
Today she works as an stormwater expert at Nacka Municipality, Stockholm county, at the department of Construction and Design developing public spaces where blue and green infrastructure, as well as cloudburst adaptation measures are being implemented.
The presentation will focus on planning and building multifuntional stormwater solutions in order to improve both public space and receiving water quality.
