A graduate of the Białystok University of Technology at the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering. For thirteen years he has been associated with the Zakład Wodociągów i Kanalizacji in Mrągowo, where he is responsible for all technical matters related to the functioning of the sanitary and rain sewage system in the city of Mrągowo.
