Dagmara Nickel – a serial entrepreneur and innovator.

She is involved in the development of numerous ventures, investing in and providing operational support for innovative businesses in the fields of biotechnology, drug development, medical devices, and Industry 4.0 solutions.

Since the late 1990s, she has been running the development company Nickel Development, whose primary focus is on people-friendly products, architectural uniqueness, and functionality. The company delivers various investment formats, including residential, commercial, and hotel projects.

She is the recipient of the title “One Who Changes the Polish Economy” for her work on the first private technology park, YouNick Technology Park, as well as awards such as “Market Leader in Innovation” and “Enterprise of the Future”. She has also received numerous awards for the uniqueness of her development projects, including Investment of the Decade, Developer of the Year 2021, Symbol of Modern Construction, and many others.
