Vice President of the Management Board at RetencjaPL, where he leads a project team delivering dozens of projects each year in the field of stormwater and water management for local government units and public institutions. In recent years, he has been deeply involved in promoting the idea of climate change adaptation, with a strong practical focus — through cooperation with numerous Polish cities, RetencjaPL has secured hundreds of millions of PLN in EU funding, primarily from the FEnIKS program.

His passion is water management. He is actively engaged in promoting a sustainable approach to drainage system management, planning blue-green infrastructure and retention, and sustainable river maintenance. A practitioner with extensive experience in working with municipal authorities and water and wastewater utilities.

An experienced presenter and lecturer, author of guidelines and technical catalogues, and co-author of professional handbooks.
