Landscape Architect, an expert in the implementation of elements of Urban Green Infrastructure and Urban Surface Retention Systems as tools for climate change adaptation. In 2018, she earned a Doctor of Technical Sciences degree from the Faculty of Architecture at the Gdańsk University of Technology, defending her dissertation titled “Urban Green Infrastructure and Rainwater: The Potential of Sustainable Development in Gdańsk.” She is a co-author of the book “Urban Surface Retention System in City Climate Change Adaptation – From Vision to Implementation,” published in 2019 by the Gdańsk University of Technology Publishing House, edited by Magdalena Gajewska. She is the author of numerous press and online articles that popularize this subject.

While working as a Small Retention Specialist at the Gdańsk municipal company Gdańskie Wody, she had the opportunity to influence the change in urban rainwater management policy towards greater utilization of ecohydrology principles, urban ecology, and ecosystem services. She collaborates with the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk and the Sopot Academy of Applied Sciences in educating students on ecosystem-based design and eco-friendly rainwater management.

From 2009 to 2020, she ran her own design studio called “Zieleniarium.” Since 2019, she has been a partner at Rayss Group Sp. z o.o., and since the second half of 2021, she has also been the Vice President of the Board at the same company. Her specialization lies in designing public spaces, neighborhood greenery, and solutions related to Nature-based Solutions and Ecosystem-based Solutions. Since May 2022, she has served as the President of the Board of the Landscape Architecture Association (sak.org.pl). She is also a member of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Urban Planning and Architectural Commission.
