Author of two books: “Wild Swimming” (Pascal, 2021) and “Wild Child” (Sensus, 2023). He is also the author of pioneering swimming expeditions, including the entire Vistula River swim, expeditions in the Arctic, off the coast of Antarctica, Lake Titicaca, expeditions in Africa, along the Yukon River, and the shores of Rio de Janeiro. His areas of interest include the connection between humans and nature, nature conservation, the sensory-motor development of children, and the body in psychotherapy. Originally from Silesia, he currently resides on Wolin Island.
