He holds an MScEng degree in Environmental Engineering from the Poznań University of Life Sciences (formerly the Agricultural University in Poznań), obtained in 1995. He is the President of MPI Group Sp. z o.o., a company operating since 2010. He has been running his own business as a sole proprietor since 1996.

MPI Group Sp. z o.o. specializes in the selection, specification, sales, commissioning, servicing, and distribution of solutions for rainwater and greywater use, wastewater treatment, and infiltration systems. With over 15 years of market activity, the company has completed numerous projects for institutional, commercial, and individual clients.

In addition to managing and leading the company, he is personally involved in periodic inspections, servicing, and repair of small wastewater treatment plants. He is the author of numerous industry articles published in professional magazines such as Magazyn Instalatora, Rynek Instalacyjny, Budujemy Dom, and Technologia Wody. Over more than 15 years of running MPI Group Sp. z o.o., he has delivered many training sessions and presentations on rainwater harvesting and reuse systems, small wastewater treatment plants, liquid storage tanks, and pumping systems.
