A graduate of the Inter-Faculty Studies of Environmental Protection at the University of Warsaw and Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. He has many years of experience as an expert in the Ministry of the Environment in the implementation of large ISPA projects (Instrument for Structural Pre-Accession Policy), Structural Funds, the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Program, including in particular projects in the water and sewage sector, as well as in the implementation and creation of climate policy in Poland, including in the field of rainwater management. Currently, he is the Head of the Department at the Ministry of Climate. Involved in programming the Financial Perspective (PF) 2014-2020 and PF 2021-2027. Author of the “Guide to investment preparation taking into account climate change, mitigation and adaptation to these changes and resilience to natural disasters”. Member of the Steering Committee of the NCBIR “BIOSTRATEG” Program and a member of the Expert Committee for the LIFE Instrument at the European Commission.
