Przemysław Biskupski was born in 1958 in Poznań. He graduated in 1988 from the then Faculty of Civil Engineering at Poznań University of Technology, specializing in architecture. Since 1990, he has been a research and teaching staff member at Poznań University of Technology—formerly in the Department of Architecture, and now at the Faculty of Architecture. At the university, he conducts lectures and classes in urban planning and spatial planning. In this discipline, he obtained his doctoral degree in 1999 and his habilitated doctor degree in 2014.

Urban design projects and concepts:
15 different studies ranging from local spatial development plans for single-family and multi-family housing with accompanying services to general development plans. Participation in the Local Revitalization Program (LPR) for the town of Czaplinek, implemented with EU funding. -
Architectural projects and concepts:
50 projects (mostly completed) and concepts for buildings of various functions, from single-family houses to service and engineering structures, such as wastewater treatment plants. -
Landscape and spatial assessments:
15 assessments concerning the possibilities and methods of land development in designated areas. These assessments were carried out for private clients, local government institutions (SKO), and the administrative court.

Participation in the landscape audit of the Greater Poland region, organized by the Marshal of the Greater Poland Voivodeship. A total of 183 localities that once held or currently hold city status were examined. The program was completed in 2023.

Visualization and reconstruction of the 18th-century landscape of Poznań in the SketchUp program, covering 29 settlement units of the then Poznań conurbation, as a result of ongoing research.
