In 2017, I founded Świat Wody because I wanted the “esoteric” knowledge found in scientific publications to see the light of day and serve the protection of our shared good, which water undoubtedly is. In 2011, I completed my master’s degree in environmental protection at the University of Łódź, Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection.

That same year, I began my doctoral studies, which concluded successfully on the first day of spring in 2017. I work at the Polish Academy of Sciences, where my professional focus is primarily on water quality. Since 2013, I have co-authored several studies on water management in Poland. I have been a nature enthusiast and observer since early childhood. Privately, I am a husband and father, an amateur runner, a board-game lover, and a “retired” javelin thrower.
