A graduate of the Cracow University of Technology, department of Environmental Engineering, specializing in water supply and disposal of sewage and waste.

Thanks to many years of international practice in various areas of water and wastewater management, he freely moves on technical issues by conducting infrastructure projects in Poland and abroad.

His experience covers the entire investment preparation cycle, from technical aspects of feasibility studies and pre-design analyzes, through design, monitoring and supervision over implementation to the final evaluation of project effects. Mr. Glixelli has many years of experience in issues related to hydraulics, especially for sewage systems and sewage treatment installations, but also in assessing the risk of flooding from rivers. He skillfully combines knowledge in the field of hydraulic modeling and designing sustainable, economically rational technical solutions.

Currently, he is managing a team of water and sanitary engineering at Ove Arup & Partners. The team under his direction has recently prepared a number of different scale projects related to rainwater management, risk analysis of floods in cities with an assessment of the effects of climate change, and investment programs for flood protection.

He is a member of the Małopolska Chamber of Civil Engineers with building rights for designing without restrictions in the installation industry in the field of heating networks, installations and devices, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewage. He is also an authorized engineer in the United Kingdom (Chartered Engineer) and a member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM).
