Professional, financial, and social fulfilment — because this is how he approaches the protection of the natural environment — gives him a deep sense of happiness and satisfaction. It was thanks to his determination and commitment that he created a company which supports and develops further enterprises. A graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Hydraulic Engineering (class of 1986). After completing his studies, he founded P.U.H. Ekol, operating in the field of environmental engineering. By consistently developing the company, he led it to merge with the Danish firm Unicon and established Ecol-Unicon, where he also became President. Leading the company for over 20 years, he expanded it into a business with branches across Poland, exporting to many countries in Europe and around the world, and employing more than 300 people. His belief in people and their ambitions prompted him to invest in additional companies, which — supported by Ecol-Group’s financing — were able to spread their wings and enter new markets.

Privately, he is a great lover of nature and nature-related sports — high-mountain climbing, sailing, diving. Actively involved in the Solidarity movement and charitable initiatives, he has long believed that engagement and work for the benefit of society come back to us, creating a better country and a better future.
