Drought and flooding are opposing phenomena related to the availability of water resources. However, contrary to appearances, they have much in common, which is particularly important in the limited space of cities. A single solution cannot address both of these challenges, especially considering other issues not directly related to water resources. Therefore, it is so important to seek multifunctional solutions that complement one another.
