Katarzyna Zięba – Attorney-at-law and Economist

Attorney-at-law and economist. Co-founder of Tridea Sp. z o.o., a consultancy company specializing in advisory services for local governments and municipal companies.

For over 18 years, she has specialized in matters related to the functioning of local government units and the broadly understood field of municipal services and utilities. Her professional areas of interest include local government law, as well as public procurement law, public–private partnerships (PPP), and issues related to state aid.

She has participated in numerous analyses and advisory projects aimed at optimizing the operation and financing of municipal services, including projects concerning the presence of state aid and the awarding of in-house procurement contracts. Over the years, she has also been involved in the preparation and implementation of a wide range of infrastructure projects, including those financed by EU funds and Norwegian and EEA grants.
