Marta Saracyn has been working at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego since January 2023. She currently heads the Strategic ESG Analysis Office, where she and her team are responsible for a methodological approach to ESG as well as sustainability reporting. She is a trained geographer and a specialist in water management. For over 15 years, she has been involved in environmental protection, with a particular focus on water protection. She is a co-author of key strategic documents on drought prevention and water management. She has gained professional experience both in the private sector, including as an ESG manager, and as an expert in water administration.

She is keen to take part in educational projects and enjoys explaining the complexities of environmental protection—especially water-related issues—to anyone willing to listen. She is also an editor at the journal Wodne Sprawy.
